Heartful Ltd. (“Heartful”, “we”, “us”) pairs guided meditations with the world’s greatest artworks. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (heartful.art) and the forthcoming Heartful app, and how we handle it. Our starting principle is simple: we collect as little as possible.
This Website
This website is a static informational page. It does not require an account, does not use cookies, and does not run advertising or third-party analytics or tracking scripts. We do not collect personal information from visitors. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver the font files; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
Contacting Us
If you email us at info@heartful.art, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use them only to respond to you. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not sell or share your contact details.
The Heartful App
The Heartful app is not yet released. When it launches, we intend to operate on the same minimal-collection principle:
- No selling of personal data. We will never sell your personal information.
- Meditation activity stays private. Any listening history or preferences used to personalise your experience will be handled as described in the app-specific policy published at launch.
- Third-party services. If the app uses services such as payment processing or crash reporting, they will be disclosed in the updated policy before or at launch.
This policy will be updated with full details when the app becomes available, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
Children
This website and the forthcoming app are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — for this website, that is limited to any email correspondence you have sent us. To exercise these rights, email info@heartful.art.
Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting app users will be communicated in the app once it is live.
